Any person who is aggrieved by an interpretation, order, Enforcement Action Notification or Inspection Report by the Code Enforcement Officer or the Building Code Official, may file an appeal with the Building and Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board.  The Board does not have jurisdiction over zoning, land development or subdivision issues.

Appeals must be filed within twenty (20) days of the order or directive at issue.  In order to file an appeal, please see below for the Code Appeals Board Operating Procedures and the Code Appeals Board Application.  The form includes filing instructions.  A non-refundable fee of $500.00 must be submitted before an appeal application will be accepted and processed.
