Important Information:

  • A site plan MUST be submitted with this application that shows the location and size of the area of the Special Event.
  • Written permission from any private or public property owners where the Special Event will be held .
  • A list of all vendors involved with the event and copy of participants drivers license, with a letter from the Pittston City Police Chief approving their background check.
  • Special Event fee must be submitted at time of application.
  • Certificate of insurance with City of Pittston named as additional Insured.
