- A site plan MUST be submitted with this application that shows the location and size of the area of the Special Event.
- A list of all vendors involved with the event and copy of participants drivers license, with a letter from the Pittston City Police Chief approving their background check.
- Special Event fee must be submitted once the application is approved.
- Certificate of insurance with City of Pittston named as additional Insured.
