Commercial Building Permits are issued by the Pittston City Building Code Official.
Building Permit applications are not available online at this time but may be obtained from the Office of the Building Code Official on the first floor (Room 104) of City Hall, 35 Broad Street, Pittston, Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm.
