Building Permits for residential and commerical work are issued by the Building Code Official. The Office of the Building Code Official is located in the first floor of City Hall, 35 Broad Street, Pittston. Permit applications may be picked up in person Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. On-line Building Permit applications are not available at this time, please check back soon for an update...
