• Cannot impede the flow of traffic or block the sidewalk and must have reflective markings to alert traffic;
• Cannot be placed within fifteen (15) feet of a fire hydrant or within twenty (20) feet of an intersection;

Other Requirements:

• Dumpsters placed for collection of non-contruction waste not associated with an issued Building Permit can remain in place for a maximum of five (5) days without special approval from the Code Enforcement Officer;

• Issued Permits must be clearly displayed
