IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Submission of this application does not guarantee or constitute permit issuance.
- Waste dumpsters must not block street or sidewalk.
- Waste dumpsters must not impede flow of traffic.
- Waste dumpster shall not be placed within fifteen (15) feet of a fire hydrant.
- Waste dumpsters shall be permitted to be placed upon a public-right-of-way for a maximum of five (5) consecutive days.
- Waste dumpster shall display the owner’s name and telephone number in a conspicuous place plainly visible and kept there for the duration of the dumpster placement.
- Waste dumpster permit fee: $25.00 per dumpster
