The Planning Commission will consider the following matter:

1. Subdivision of parcel 72-E11NE3-012-180 owned by Laura McHugh to be conveyed to UGI and combined with Parcels 72-E11NE2-012-018, 72-E11NE3-012-18C, and 72-E11NE3-012-18B.
