Notice of Zoning Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Pittston will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18th, 2020, at 3:00 pm, the hearing will take place online at Meeting ID: 845 3401 4957 Password: 678365 to consider the following matter:

1. Request of Verlean Winslow for a property at 21 George Street for a variance from TABLE 480.43 lot width requirements.
2. Request of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittston for a property at 79 S Main Street. A variance request for relief of Article XIII 480.49 building height, 480.55 design standards, subsections i-ii-iii-iv-v.
