The Planning Commission will consider the following matter:
- Approval of Land Development Plan for 79 S Main St. PIN 72E11NE4002011000 submitted by the Greater Pittston Economic Development Corporation
- Consideration of Certification of Blight for the following properties as referred by the City of Pittston Blighted Property Board: 11-13 Wood St, 101 Maple Lane, 192-194 Mill St, 134 Rear Parsonage St, and 19 Rear Swallow St.
